Namaha workshops encourage love, respect, compassion, personal understanding and development.
They are offered over 2 hours or a full day. Workshops can be combined to create a series of sessions which can be themed to consider love, friendship, peace, God / All that is, hopes & dreams etc.

Short Workshops
A two hour long workshop available for morning or afternoon sessions.
Cost: Individuals £15, Groups up to 10 £120, Groups up to 20 £200
Dress a tree with wishes or light. (Must have your own tree!) Colourful trees a guarantee. Choose from the following:
– Wishing Tree
Create messages and images of your wishes to be hung on the tree. Hopefully everything will come true as focus is given to them.
- Tree of Light
Decorate your tree with lanterns that you have painted and created yourself. A good workshop when the tree can be dressed as the natural light is waning and the lit lanterns can glow in all their glory.
A session working creatively and intuitively to aid discovery of your soul’s purpose.
Illustrate your hopes, dreams, wishes and/or prayers on your own prayer flags. Prayer flags are a Tibetan tradition. They are hung outside for the wind to carry the illustrated prayer to heaven. Brightens up a tree or fence.
- The Goddess in Me (Women A, 12+) More
Discover and create a visual image of the goddess within. This is a smaller individual version of the full day workshop.
- Creating from the Heart Introduction (All) More
A series of quick & fun exercises to learn to create intuitively. This workshop can be used as a creative introduction to any of the short workshops to create a full day’s program of creativity. This is suitable for all and you do not need to be able to draw, some people find it an advantage to not be able to draw!
Day Workshops
A full day of creativity (4 hours). We have found that asking people to bring food to have a shared lunch adds to the experience. Please confirm on booking.

Discover and create a beautiful visual image of the goddess within, reflecting your strengths and inner beauty. This is aimed at groups and organisations and will produce a single life size piece of artwork.

As for the half day workshop, but also including creating to music.
