Namaha is a small artist led organisation that provides workshops / projects with a purpose for schools & community organisations. We use art to provide a creative learning environment that can be linked into all areas of the curriculum. Creativity allows a platform for all to explore and experience a new or existing subject, it allows the participants to see things in new and interesting ways.

Namaha workshops are designed and structured to be fun but informative, structured but intuitive, and an enlightening experience presented in a positive and supportive environment. The workshops focus on 'The Old Ways' and purposes such asdiversity, freedom, creating peace, community cohesion, improving self esteem, thought for others and respecting the environment.

Previously Namaha has worked with schools to aid in childrens awareness of the self, vulnerable womens groups to improve cooperation and self esteem, churches to maximise community participation, young peoples uniformed organisation (scouting & girls brigade) to explore and build awareness of peace and the environment. Also, the elderly to increase participation in activity and creative thinking and local councils to encourage community integration and cohesion.
