Namaha is devoted to working with creativity to encourage the creation of peace, love and happiness.
Namaha workshops are designed and structured to be fun but informative, structured but intuitive, and an enlightening experience presented in a positive and supportive environment.
Previously Namaha has worked with schools to aid in childrens awareness of the self, vulnerable womens groups to improve cooperation and self esteem, churches to maximise community participation, young peoples uniformed organisation (scouting & girls brigade) to explore and build awareness of peace and the environment. Also, the elderly to increase participation in activity and creative thinking and local councils to encourage community integration.

What does Namaha mean?
'Namaha' - literal definitian, "I offer".
Nam creates a quality of energy found in the base and heart chakras. (Security and unconditional love).
Ah creates energy in the heart and throat. (Unconditional love and communication).
Ha produces energy within the 3rd eye. (Forward thinking and understanding of concepts).
